These are the plain terms for using this website and for working together on a project. They are written to be clear, not to bury anything in fine print.

Using this site

The content on this site is for general information. Prices and details shown here are a starting point, and the exact scope and cost of your project are set in writing in your proposal before any work begins.

Our work together

Every project starts with a free mockup within 48 hours. What is included, the timeline, and the price are agreed in writing before we start, so there are no surprises on either side.

Payment

Invoices are due as set out in your proposal. If anything about the scope changes along the way, we agree the change and any cost together before doing the extra work.

Ownership

Once your project is paid in full, the finished website is yours: the code, the content, and the domain. We may show the work in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us not to.

Rankings and results

We follow current best practices for Google and for AI search, and we work hard to get you found. No one can promise a specific ranking or placement, so we do not. We promise honest effort and clear reporting.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business grows. The current version always lives on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
